An other interesting fact about the ermine's identity is the fur of the ermine and the black part at the end of it's tail are nit only its distinctive features, but also a symbol of ancient nobility and royalty. In the Middle Age, the royal family used ermine fur to decorate dresses and cloaks, especially the black part on the tip of the tail, symbolizing nobility and power.
